Agila’s presses are designed for the production of sheets or laminates, in plastic or rubber, for the purpose of testing these materials. The presses are made of a single piece and are fitted with 4 columns, a hydraulic group and a PLC to allow for semi-automatic or fully automatic operation.
They can be set for various pressures and temperatures. A PC connection is also an option. The working area is fully screened off and furnished with a sliding door to guarantee complete safety.
The accuracy of the presses and the temperature control of the heating plates guarantee perfect replication. They are designed for studies and for testing plastic and rubber materials. A dual-action hydraulic cylinder allows the moulds to be pulled up at the end of the cycle. A dual-action hydraulic cylinder allows the moulds to be pulled up at the end of the cycle.
The presses are also available with heating and cooling, making it possible to either heat or cool at a rate of 15°K/min. They are available in 4 types, according to closing pressure: 200 kN, 300 kN, 597 kN and 990 kN. All the presses comply with the latest European standards and are CE-approved.
