The over 50-year-old Meclostampi Group designs and constructs high precision tools for sheet metal cold forming. Over the years they have acquired experience in a great variety of issues in the field of sheet metal cold forming. With this experience they are able to manufacture tools for the medical field producing parts only a few hundredths thick (0.0038) as well as “cold forming” articles 6 mm. thick!

The mechanical threading unit designed and patented by Meclostampi is exported to over 25 countries all over the world. It has numerous qualities that permit to use it in a simple, reliable, and above all economic way on progressive tools. In fact the same unit can be used on different tools. This represents a unique characteristic in the field of the threading units for tools.
