We’re delighted to welcome two new members to the Waldec family — Jani Jokinen in Finland and Slavomir in Lithuania! Both bring extensive technical experience, a customer-focused mindset, and great enthusiasm for their new roles.
Meet Jani Jokinen – Technical Sales Representative, Finland
Jani joins us from Nokia, Finland. A true family man, he and his wife live with their youngest son, while his four older children are already grown and independent.
With over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and a long background in industry, Jani brings both business acumen and hands-on technical understanding to his new role. Known for his open-minded nature and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, he’s looking forward to building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Jani enjoys staying active — playing padel and golf, or taking his mountain bike for a ride through the forest.

Meet Slavomir – Technical Sales Representative, Lithuania
From a young age, Slavomir has had a passion for mechanics — starting at age ten, when his grandfather nicknamed him “The Mechanic.” His curiosity led him to pursue a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, laying the foundation for a diverse and impressive career. He joins us with a deep technical background and years of experience in CNC engineering, design, and process management.
Since 2014, he has worked at Kyocera Unimerco Tooling, advancing through several positions — from Design Manager and Production Manager to Process and Application Engineer — while leading major investment projects and collaborating closely with customers in Europe and the USA.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, motorbiking, and playing volleyball and basketball. A father of three, he describes himself as positive, demanding, and team-oriented — always striving to bring good energy to his colleagues.
“I’m happy to join the Waldec team,” says Slavomir. “I believe we’ll have a lot of fun and success together.”
