Gizelis S.A. was founded from Stamatis Gizelis in 1968, specializing in the manufacturing of machines for the sheet metal industry. Today, it is one of the oldest companies in its field with activities from machine design and development all the way to complete ‘in house’ manufacturing of sheet metal processing machines. Gizelis S.A. is a well-established manufacturing company with a significant presence in the global market.

In 2004 Gizelis S.A. formed a strategic alliance with the German company Boschert GmbH. With this alliance a new series of machines has emerged, aiming to provide the customer with a full range of high quality sheet metal processing machines.
